Roomy elegance in Kyoto
Our stay was an unexpected delight! The spacious room was a luxurious haven, with comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine ready for our morning fix. The friendly staff truly enhanced our experience, making our departure seamless.

The spacious Deluxe Twin Room offered a great layout, ideal for stretching after long sightseeing days. The Nespresso machine with complimentary pods added a nice touch, making mornings easier. Staff were super helpful with dinner reservations and luggage transfers. However, breakfast was a letdown. being served in the room felt uncomfortable without a proper dining area. Also, the air conditioning system was outdated, making nights hot and restless. Even in almost 30-degree temperatures at night, we struggled to cool the room effectively. Despite these issues, the location was decent, only an 8-minute walk to the metro station, allowing access to Kyoto's main attractions without the tourist hustle. Cleaning services were reliable, ensuring we had fresh towels and toiletries every day. There’s potential for an even better experience with a few upgrades.

The twin room was spacious and comfy. The coffee machine was a sweet touch for winding down. A bit tricky to find as it’s on the less popular street, but overall a fantastic stay! Would recommend it for families.

We had a great time exploring the local attractions like the aquarium and the nearby cultural spots. The spacious rooms provided a nice retreat after long days out, and the tea set and coffee machine made mornings easy and cozy. The staff was awesome, always ready to help out with our requests.
One small downside was that breakfast was served in the room, which felt a bit cramped with not much space to enjoy it comfortably.

Family with children Delightful experience
The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make our daughter's birthday special, they decorated our room beautifully, like a scene from a movie! also, the Nespresso machine in the room was a fantastic touch, nothing like a good cup of coffee to start your day.
It wasn't exactly cheap! but for what you get, I’d say it felt worth it.
